Drum Raffle Fundraiser
Zane, Zennah, and Rochelle McFarlane were honored by the opportunity to assist in the creation of this 18-inch rainbow elk-hide drum with a maple frame made in Kelowna. They worked alongside the families of We Think Outside during their year-end celebrations to raise funds for the homeschool-based community.
This trio, consisting of a mother, son, and daughter, are Cree Metis and they are working together to reclaim their lost heritage.
The drum was created with great respect and care, both for the animal and the tree. The handle design will be completed once the winner is determined so that it's custom and co-created with the new owner.

Rochelle McFarlane is an energetic medicine woman with over 20 years of experience in parenting and energy medicine. Her goal in making rainbow drums is to help others reconnect with their luminous body and learn how to work with the energy centers known as chakras.
